- We need someone who creates user standards, not just processes tickets
- AI/LLM tools are actively used by the team
What you will do
User support — handle requests from tenants, landlords, and agents; resolve questions about listings, verification, and payments.
Onboarding — help new users understand the platform; collect feedback and pass it to product.
Processes — build a knowledge base and FAQ; create response templates; contribute to improving the user experience.
Collaboration — work directly with PM and operations manager; escalate systemic issues.
Our stack
- Ticketing system (Intercom or similar)
- Linear for passing bugs and feature requests
- Notion for knowledge base
- AI/LLM tools in the workflow
What you need to know
- Support or customer service experience, 2+ years
- Fluent written Russian and English
- Ability to stay calm in conflict situations
- Skill for structured problem description
- Active use of AI/LLM tools
Nice to have
- Experience in proptech / real estate / travel
- Knowledge of Thai
- Experience building a knowledge base and FAQ
- Experience working with multicultural audiences
