Posting rules

These rules supplement the Terms of Service and help keep MiOON listings clear, accurate, and safe for users.

Important

By posting a listing, you confirm that the information in it is true and that you have the right to represent the property, item, or service.

1. General principles

Please:

  • state the real price and deal terms;
  • choose the appropriate category;
  • use current contact details;
  • add photos and descriptions that relate to the listing;
  • update the listing if the property, item, or service is no longer available;
  • do not use listing edits to bypass moderation.

2. What can be posted

On MiOON, users may post properties, items, and services in the categories available in the listing form.

At launch, self-service posting in the Services category may be limited. Some service listings may be added by the MiOON team at its own discretion.

For real estate, land plots, and ready businesses, specify characteristics, location, price, and deal terms as fully and accurately as possible. Complete data helps users understand the offer and find it through catalog filters.

For regulated services, include company, registration, license, or permit details where such documents or permits are required by applicable law.

3. Listing accuracy

Price and terms

The price, currency, deal type, and terms must match the actual offer. Do not use a knowingly understated price, conditional price, or any other tactic used only to attract enquiries.

If there are material deal terms, state them in the listing. For example: minimum rental term, deposit, included services, included equipment, or transfer specifics.

Description and category

The description must match the property, item, or service. Do not publish false promises, exaggerations, misleading information, or an offer for one object instead of another.

Choose the category and characteristics that match the listing. Do not post the same offer in several categories without necessity.

Photos and materials

Upload only materials that relate to the listing and that you have the right to use. Do not use other people's photos, descriptions, trademarks, or other materials without permission.

Currently, users can upload photos in supported formats through the listing form.

Do not upload passports, ID cards, bank documents, contracts, PDF files, or other materials containing personal, financial, or confidential data unless MiOON explicitly requests them through a dedicated protected process.

Self-service upload of videos and documents is not available in the current version. MiOON may change the list of supported formats later.

4. Contacts and personal data

Use the fields provided in the form for contact details. A phone number is the main account identifier and is confirmed with a one-time code during registration or another process provided by the Platform.

Depending on the available fields, a user may provide a phone number, WhatsApp, LINE, or Telegram. Email may be used as a non-public profile field for notifications, support, or account recovery where technically supported, but it is not a public contact channel in a listing.

Do not publish contacts, documents, or other personal data of third parties without a lawful basis. Do not post information that may violate the privacy of a property owner, tenants, buyers, or other people.

Do not use contacts obtained through MiOON for unwanted messages, mass advertising, or enquiries unrelated to a specific listing or user request.

5. What is prohibited

MiOON prohibits listings, materials, or links related to:

  • illegal goods, services, or transactions;
  • fraud, bait-and-switch, false prices, or collecting advance payments without intent to fulfill obligations;
  • stolen property, counterfeit goods, or infringement of third-party rights;
  • publishing a property, business, service, or other offer without the right to post it or without authority to act for the owner, seller, provider, or authorized representative;
  • other people's photos, texts, trademarks, or other materials without permission;
  • personal data of third parties without a lawful basis;
  • duplicate listings, false complaints, spam, or attempts to bypass platform rules;
  • interference with the service, attempts to obtain unauthorized access, or attempts to disrupt its operation.
  • Do not add third-party contact details to the description without their permission and a lawful basis.
  • For your own contact details, use the fields provided in the form. Do not place phone numbers, messenger links, or other contacts in the description to bypass Platform rules, moderation, or contact display settings.

6. Listing moderation

Before publication, a listing goes through moderation. The MiOON team may check whether the listing complies with Platform rules, including category, description, price, photos, contact details, and other submitted information.

Moderation does not mean a full legal, technical, or factual verification of the property, seller, ownership rights, authority, licenses, deal terms, or all information in the listing.

Review time depends on the listing content, submitted materials, and the team's current workload.

If a listing needs corrections, the reason or requested changes may be shown in the personal account. The user can edit the same listing and submit it for moderation again.

Changes to a published listing may require re-moderation. Until a moderator makes a decision, the previous version remains in search results.

7. Listing management

If a listing is no longer relevant, unpublish it in the My listings section. After unpublishing, the listing stops being publicly visible but may remain in the account and internal Platform systems.

A user may also delete their listing. After deletion, the listing is removed from public display and may be stored for some time in a restricted mode.

Retention time depends on security, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, applicable law, and current technical implementation requirements. After the relevant period ends, data may be deleted or anonymized.

8. Complaints

To complain about a listing, sign in to your account, open the listing page, and choose Report. Select a reason and add an explanation if needed.

The moderation team will review the complaint within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the possible violation, user risk, and available Platform resources.

Submitting or reviewing a complaint does not mean automatic deletion, rejection, or blocking of the listing.

9. Questions about moderation decisions

If you believe a moderation decision is incorrect, contact support at support@mioon.com.

Include the listing link, a description of the situation, and the desired outcome. MiOON will review the request within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the violation, user risk, and available Platform resources.

An appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be reversed.
