Free at launch

Posting a listing on MiOON is free. Browsing listings is free. Contacting a seller is free. Saved listings are free.

We're focused on building a marketplace worth using before asking anyone to pay for it. That means the first thousand listings, the first ten thousand visits, and the first six months are about quality, not revenue.

If during this period you see a payment or paywall on MiOON — that's not from us. Please report it to support@mioon.com.

What's planned (but not yet active)

⚠️ The features below are plans, not live functions. Specific prices, timelines and packages will be announced before any paid feature launches. None of this will affect listings posted under the free model.

For sellers — optional promotion

When the marketplace reaches critical mass, we plan optional ways to boost your listing's visibility:

  • Bump / refresh — move your listing to the top of results
  • Featured — a "Recommended" slot in a category or on the homepage
  • Highlight — visual emphasis on your listing card

This is optional. Unpromoted listings will continue to appear and be indexed in search — promotion buys visibility, not the right to list.

For agencies — bulk posting and tools

For agencies posting at volume, we plan tools for scale:

  • Bulk upload via CSV or our API
  • Multi-agent accounts with access controls
  • Lead routing between agents
  • Analytics per agent and per portfolio

For services and businesses — priority placements

Service providers and business sellers may have category-specific options (for example, a "Verified provider" badge based on documents we've reviewed). Details to follow.

What we will never charge for

To be clear:

  • Browsing listings. Anyone can use MiOON to search for property and services without paying us anything.
  • Contacting a seller. Sending a message via our deep-link into Telegram / WhatsApp / LINE / phone is and will remain free.
  • Creating and using an account. Phone-OTP registration is free.

About third-party transaction fees

When you complete a deal outside MiOON — pay a deposit on a property, buy a business, hire a service provider — those transactions may carry their own fees (bank transfers, escrow, legal, taxes). MiOON has no relation to these fees. Ask the relevant provider directly.

When we'll update this page

We'll update it when:

  • The first paid feature is ready to launch
  • The monetisation model is finalised
  • The free-tier baseline is written down

Until then — everything you can do on MiOON is free.
