If you operate a real estate agency, property management business, or service provider in Thailand — this page is for you.

How MiOON works with agencies on MVP

We list private owners, agencies, and businesses side by side. Your listings appear alongside private sellers' listings, ranked by relevance and freshness — not pushed down by a paywall or elevated by paid placement at launch.

On MVP, agencies use the same posting flow as any other seller:

  • One verified phone number per account
  • The same submission form (see How to post a listing)
  • The same moderation rules (see Rules)
  • The same contact channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE, phone)

If you have ten listings — post ten. If you have a hundred — post a hundred. There is no bulk-import tool at launch — see "what's planned" below.

Why agencies should look at MiOON

On most Thai property sites the listing card opens with the agent's photo and the agency logo, while the property itself goes below. On MiOON the card opens with the property. The buyer sees what's for sale; the agency is a contact channel, not a brand you have to navigate around.

This benefits honest agencies: your listings compete on the quality of inventory, photos, and accuracy — not advertising budget.

Multilingual coverage from day one

A buyer searches in Russian — they see the listing in Russian. In English — in English. In Thai — in Thai. We translate automatically and moderate quality. One post covers three audiences without writing three versions.

Direct contact with no lead broker

The buyer writes to you directly in their chosen messenger. We don't intercept the conversation. We don't sell your phone number. We don't broker the lead for a cut.

Real moderation

Every listing is reviewed by a person before publication. If a competitor has posted the same property on different terms — moderation will see the duplicate. If a buyer complains about misrepresentation — we'll investigate. Honest agencies benefit; dishonest ones are filtered out.

What's planned for agencies

  • Bulk upload — post your portfolio from CSV or via our API. ETA: post-MVP, second half of 2026
  • Multi-agent accounts — one agency account with agent sub-accounts and per-agent analytics. ETA: post-MVP
  • Lead routing — automatic routing of incoming enquiries by category, district, schedule. ETA: post-MVP
  • Agency dashboard — listing performance, contact conversion, top listings by property, agent ranking. ETA: post-MVP
  • "Verified agency" badge — a visible mark on listings, issued after registration and licence verification. ETA: in product review
  • API for portal sync — support for syncing with your CRM or PM system. ETA: post-MVP, conditional on demand

The roadmap will be published as features approach launch. If your agency has a specific need not on the list — let us know; that's how the roadmap gets shaped.

What we require from agencies

A few things we'll be firm on:

  • Honest photography. Photos must depict the listed property. Stock photos, renders without a clear "render" label, digital retouching that hides defects in a misleading way — will be removed.
  • Accurate prices. "Bait-and-switch" — posting a price you don't intend to honour in order to get contacts — will result in listing removal and, on repeat, account suspension.
  • No fake listings to harvest contacts. Posting a property you have no right to advertise in order to collect enquiries and redirect them to something else is fraud. This will result in account suspension and may be referred to the authorities.

These are not agency-specific rules — they apply to all sellers. Agencies post at volume, though, and the scale of any violation grows accordingly.

How to get started

If you're a small agency (1–10 agents):

  • Each agent registers their own account with their own phone number
  • Post through the standard How to post a listing flow
  • Use Telegram / WhatsApp / LINE as contact channels

If you're larger (10+ agents) and the standard flow doesn't scale:

  • Write to partners@mioon.com with a brief description of your agency, an estimate of posting volume, and specific integration needs
  • We'll respond and discuss what we can do today and what's on the roadmap

We may invite a small number of agencies into an early-access programme for upcoming features. Mention this in your email if you'd like to be considered.

FAQ

Do you charge agencies more than private sellers? No. Posting is free for everyone on MVP. When paid features arrive, they will be optional and transparently priced.

Can we use one phone number for multiple agents? We strongly recommend one verified number per agent. This gives clean contact traceability and lets future agency tools (multi-agent accounts, analytics) work correctly.

Can we put the agency logo on listings? On MVP the card leads with the property, not the agent. A "verified agency" indicator is on the roadmap. We don't plan to overlay the agency logo on property photos.

What if a private owner posts the same property I represent? It happens. If you have an exclusive agreement — write to partners@mioon.com with a copy of the agreement; we'll look into it. If the listing is open / non-exclusive — multiple listings for the same property are permitted, but stale duplicates may be consolidated by moderation.

Can we export listing data? On MVP — yes, through the standard export request in your dashboard (see Privacy §8.6). A dedicated agency export is on the roadmap.
