Where we are now

  • The design system and component library are in active development
  • Core screens already exist — depth and consistency are needed
  • The designer works closely with PM and the frontend developer
  • AI/LLM tools are part of the team workflow

What you will do

Interface designdesign screens, flows, and components from discovery to Figma spec; maintain and develop the design system.

User researchparticipate in user interviews; translate insights into design solutions; validate hypotheses through prototypes.

Collaboration with developmenthand off designs with clear specs; participate in implementation discussions; conduct design reviews.

Qualitymaintain UI consistency; ensure implementation matches designs.

Our stack

  • Figma (required, including Variables and Auto Layout)
  • Principle / Protopie for animations
  • PostHog for product analytics
  • Linear for tasks
  • AI/LLM tools (Midjourney, Claude, etc.)

What you need to know

  • UI/UX design experience in product teams, 3+ years
  • Confident with Figma, including components and tokens
  • Experience designing mobile and web interfaces
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG)
  • Experience conducting or participating in user research
  • Active use of AI/LLM tools

Nice to have

  • Experience in proptech / real estate / marketplaces
  • Experience with multilingual interfaces
  • Motion design skills
  • Understanding of the frontend stack (helps with spec handoff)

  • Design as a problem-solving tool, not decoration
  • Iterative approach: quick prototypes, early feedback
  • AI/LLM is an expected part of the workflow
