Product Manager

  • Product
  • Remote
  • Full-time

Attention!

The work is fully remote.

Strictly full-time. No side jobs during working hours (personal matters, personal projects, freelance, part-time work, studying, etc.)

Agencies and freelancers — please do not apply.

Where we are now

  • The project is preparing for MVP
  • Discovery materials are already gathered: JTBD, competitive audit, a decision log of ratified decisions, a roadmap up to v1.0
  • The product loop is currently led by the CPO; we need someone to take it over and run it as their main job
  • AI/LLM tools are a built-in part of the team workflow, not an "experiment"

What you will do

Discovery and user researchinterview sellers, buyers, and real estate agents; analyze competitors; formulate product hypotheses and scenarios; maintain JTBD documentation.

Specifications and prioritizationwrite specs for backend, frontend, and QA (with acceptance criteria); maintain the product backlog in Linear; prioritize features with trade-off reasoning; keep a quarterly and half-year roadmap.

Metrics and analyticsset up PostHog (funnels, retention, events); analyze data and find growth points; turn hypotheses into A/B tests; maintain the North Star metric.

Team and processdaily sync, sprint planning, retros; take specs through to feature launch; connect product with the designer, developers, and moderators.

Our stack

  • Linear for backlog and tasks
  • Notion for documentation and discovery
  • Figma for design and mockup discussions
  • PostHog for analytics and A/B tests
  • Sentry for tracking user issues
  • AI/LLM tools in the workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)

What you need to know

  • Real product manager experience in a commercial product, 3+ years
  • Experience in marketplace / classified / catalog / aggregator products
  • Ability to run user interviews and extract insights from transcripts
  • Understanding of retention / conversion / LTV / CAC metrics for B2C marketplaces
  • Experience writing specs and acceptance criteria clear to the dev team
  • Active use of AI/LLM tools in your work

Nice to have

  • Experience in proptech / real estate / travel / classifieds domains
  • Experience with the Thai / Asian / expat market
  • Experience with multilingual products (Thai / Russian / English)
  • Experience in early-stage startups as the first PM
  • Experience running A/B tests with real conclusions
  • English at a level to freely interview foreign users

How the work is organized

  • Direct interaction with the CPO and founders; ready to defend decisions plainly
  • Minimal management layers, maximum direct communication
  • Principal-style autonomy: not "tell me what to do", but "decide and report"
  • AI/LLM is a working tool of the team, not a ban or a "crutch"

What we offer

  • Fully remote work
  • Direct impact on the product at an early stage and a path to grow into Head of Product
  • A clear team without bureaucracy
  • Paid twice a month
  • Compensation is discussed individually after the interview and test task (target middle+ Moscow)

Who we are not looking for

  • Those who want to "calmly write specs" without engaging in discovery and metrics
  • Those who dislike responsibility for results
  • Those who cannot work without constant management control
  • Those juggling several jobs or projects
  • Those who fundamentally reject AI/LLM at work

In your cover letter

A very short letter is enough. Be sure to state at the very beginning: Product MiOON Phuket. And in 1–2 sentences — what caught your eye about the role. Attach links to your portfolio / articles, if any.
